Revolt Motors announces first international launch of electric motorcycles in Sri Lanka
India’s first electric motorcycle company, Revolt, is now entering the Sri Lankan market, which is also its first international market. In Sri Lanka, Revolt Motors is set to revolutionise personal transportation with its electric motorcycles with Evolution Auto Pvt Ltd, a renowned automotive company. The launch comes after a laudable performance at the Colombo EV Expo, which marked the launch of Revolt Motors’ EV products in Sri Lanka. The partnership with Evolution Auto Pvt Ltd, will mark the starting point of their expansion plan where initially the capital city of Colombo will be their first avenue before penetrating other major areas of Sri Lanka. The above strategy seeks to serve the mobility needs of the people of Sri Lanka in a sustainable manner.
Revolt Motors also has Artificial Intelligence based technology for scooters that provide features like sound control, modes of riding, and performance tracking through the Revolt App. It will be introducing the whole range of its models for high-risk enthusiasts as well as for everyday users combining such values as speed, comfort and innovative technologies. Currently, the motorcycles come in different colors and are manufactured in a way that brings some sort of uniqueness in supporting a shift towards zero-emission vehicles.
In its long term growth plan, Revolt Motors plans on expanding its dealerships around Sri Lanka adequately. The company plans to establish 90 dealerships across the country by the end of 2029, starting with 15 outlets in the next four months. These expansionities are crucial for a comprehensive availability of Revolt’s electric motorcycles and excellent quality after-sales services. The adopted integrated 3S service model for the company encompasses a guaranty of excellent customer support.
